River Days Festivals are hosted by the County Executive’s Office.
All events are free and open to the public.
Each festival will feature fun activities for all ages, including boat rides, water activities, environmental educators, live music, games, crafts, food trucks, and more.
Boat rides are free, but capacity is limited and tickets will be available first come, first served to festival attendees beginning one hour before each scheduled boat ride departure.

Overview:
LIfe of Joy Foundation - Community Soul Shop - Youth/Young Adult Focus
Learn how to recognize, understand, and manage personal triggers in a supportive and
educational workshop led by mental health advocates. This session will provide practical tools
for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth.
GOALS:
● A safe and inclusive environment
● Insightful conversation around trauma and triggers
● Strategies for developing healthy coping mechanisms
● Opportunities for open dialogue and peer support

Hypertension Awareness & Blood Pressure Course

In-person for the first and last class. Virtual for the remainder of classes.

Join our FREE 6-week course to learn more about blood pressure. The goal of this course is to educate participants on high blood pressure, health risks, and effective strategies for prevention and management. The course will discuss healthy behavior changes and lifestyle factors that can lower your risk.
